As a Medical Assistant, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our patients in a safe environment promoting health and wellness. You will have the opportunity to oversee exciting new treatments in the field of psychiatry including transcranial magnetic stimulation and ketamine therapies.
Requirements:
- CPR Certification
- Certified Medical Assistant
Responsibilities:
Works as part of the intake team to ensure clients are seen promptly.
- Oversee TMS and Spravato treatments
- Schedule patient appointments
- Document procedures and vitals in the patient medical record
- Scribe notes for providers
- Provide exceptional service and care to the patients we treat
- Assists Office Manager with clinic administrative duties

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
